1. Scope of Advisory
Our consultancy, structural drawings, and material suggestions represent professional recommendations aligned with standard national code specifications. Actual site execution is subject to local site conditions and regulatory safety permits.
2. Liability Limitation
While we offer highly accurate BIM models and project estimates, SATTVASHTHA does not accept liability for delays or material failures caused by third-party contractors, external supply chain deviations, or force majeure events.
3. Intellectual Property
All structural blueprints, software methodologies, code modifications, logo elements, and original copywriting displayed here remain the sole property of SATTVASHTHA and may not be reproduced without explicit written consent.
